Learning you can feel

Understanding that sticks, because you experience it.

Our workshops go beyond theory. Through hands-on activities, simulators and real conversation, participants don't just learn about neurodiversity, behaviour and regulation, they feel what it's like, and leave with practical tools they can actually use.

Every session is professional-led, evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming, and can be shaped to suit your team, school or community group.

What we offer

Our workshops

Each workshop is professional-led and can be tailored to your group. Not seeing quite what you need? We can build something to suit your team or community.

Neurodiverse Universe

Suitable for Parents, caregivers, educators, disability workers, therapists

A dynamic, interactive workshop designed to expand knowledge, challenge misconceptions, and equip participants with practical tools to support neurodivergent individuals. Ever wondered what it feels like to be neurodivergent? Through hands-on learning experiences including our ADHD Simulator, participants experience first-hand just what it feels like to have ADHD.

Beyond Behaviours: Connection, Regulation & Transformation

Suitable for Parents, caregivers, educators, disability workers, therapists

Looking to understand and transform challenging behaviours in children or adults? Beyond Behaviours equips you to go beyond surface-level behaviours and foster deeper connection and emotional regulation. A hands-on, exploratory workshop focused on the underlying causes of behaviour, with connection and regulation as the keys to positive change.

PDA Partners: Promoting Positive Partnerships

Suitable for Parents, caregivers, educators, disability workers, therapists

A specialised, neurodiversity-affirming workshop dedicated to understanding and supporting individuals with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of PDA, including the neurobiological responses of PDA nervous systems, experience what it feels like to have PDA, and practise strategies that support genuine engagement without forcing compliance.

Strong Beginnings, Safe Communities

Suitable for Parents, caregivers, educators, disability workers, therapists

A trauma-aware, connection-first workshop for schools, caregivers and communities, building foundational knowledge of trauma, chronic stress and their impact on wellbeing and development. Drawing on neuroscience and relational safety, it offers practical, compassionate frameworks for creating safer environments, and a reflective space to understand how trauma shapes emotional regulation, capacity and engagement.

Circle of Security in Neurodiverse Families

Suitable for Parents, caregivers, educators, disability workers, therapists

Designed specifically for families navigating the unique joys and challenges of neurodiversity. We all seek connection in different ways, and sometimes it can feel like you and your child are speaking different languages. This workshop empowers parents, caregivers and educators to recognise a child's needs as they explore their world, and to build strategies that help them organise their feelings, feel safe, and be met meaningfully.

Cocktails of Happiness

Suitable for Youth groups, schools and community orgs wanting trauma-informed emotional education; teams and services after a wellbeing experience that's practical and playful

A vibrant, interactive workshop where participants learn how the body responds to stress, and what it actually takes to feel good again. Starting with a powerful (and hilarious) lesson on the stress response, we explore the four key feel-good chemicals, dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins: what each does, what it looks like when we're running low, and simple, real-world ways to boost them naturally. All while making and testing a range of mocktails.
