Career Opportunites at Psychsense
If you are looking for a work role amongst a team that prioritises connection, support and client experiences, we would love to hear from you. We encourage expressions of interest at any time for the following key roles:
Psychologists
Join a team where clinical work is valued, supported, and aligned with your professional identity. Whether you’re fully registered, completing your internship, or just beginning your provisional journey, you’ll have access to structured supervision, development pathways, and autonomy over your caseload. We support psychologists to grow their strengths, specialise in areas of interest, and practice in a way that reflects both their values and clinical expertise.
Applicants must be fully registered or provisionally registered with AHPRA, or currently completing an accredited psychology placement through an approved university program.
Behaviour Support Practitioners
Join a team committed to respectful, person-led behaviour support that upholds dignity, autonomy, and connection. As a PBS practitioner at Psychsense, you’ll work collaboratively to understand each person’s unique needs, strengths, and communication style. You’ll be supported through mentoring, peer reflection, and structured development as you create plans that reduce barriers, honour rights, and promote safety and participation.
Suitable applicants may hold qualifications in psychology, social work, education, occupational therapy, speech pathology, or related fields — and must meet NDIS Practice Standards.
Therapy Assistants
Therapy Assistants play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day goals of our clients through practical, relationship-based supports. Working under the guidance of psychologists or PBS practitioners, you’ll help build trust, embed strategies into real-life contexts, and foster participation in everyday routines. These roles are ideal for warm, adaptable individuals who love connecting with people, supporting regulation through play or activity, and making therapeutic work feel accessible and engaging.
A formal qualification is not required, but relevant experience and the ability to implement strategies under supervision are essential.
