Our Story

At Psychsense Therapeutic Services, we believe that every mind is unique, and every journey toward well-being should be too.

Founded in Geraldton, Western Australia, Psychsense was built on the vision of creating a space where clients and their families feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. We’re not just another therapy clinic — we’re a movement toward neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and play-based support that challenges outdated norms and embraces the full spectrum of human experience.

What if therapy wasn’t about “fixing” people, but about helping them thrive on their own terms?

With this in mind, we set out to design a practice that prioritises connection over correction, strength over stigma, and support over suppression. From the children learning to navigate the world in their own way to the adults unlearning decades of masking, our mission is to provide therapy that feels safe, validating, and genuinely helpful.

Our core values—Empowerment, Protection, Inclusion, and Connection (EPIC)—guide everything we do:

Empowerment – We help individuals and families build confidence in their unique strengths.

Protection – We advocate for the rights, autonomy, and dignity of neurodivergent and marginalised individuals.

Inclusion – We embrace diversity in all its forms, ensuring therapy is a space where everyone belongs.

Connection – We believe that healing happens through relationships, not rigid frameworks.

At Psychsense, we offer customised therapy, practical strategies, and genuine support for individuals, families, and workplaces. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, a loved one, or a team, we’re here to help you make life better—from the inside out.
