Not Just Another Therapy Clinic
At Psychsense, we are reimagining mental health care through Empowerment, Protection, Inclusion and Connection.
Founded on Purpose. Built for Change.
Psychsense began in Geraldton, Western Australia, with a simple but powerful vision:
To create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Psychsense was built to deliver support that’s adaptive, ethical, and genuinely effective, designed with the real-world needs of individuals, families, and workplaces in mind.
We offer neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and play-based support that honours each person’s full human experience.
What if therapy wasn’t about “fixing” people, but about helping them thrive on their own terms?
With this in mind, we set out to design a practice that prioritises connection over correction, strength over stigma, and support over suppression.
From children navigating the world in their own way, to adults unlearning decades of masking, our mission is to provide therapy that feels safe, validating, and genuinely helpful.
Our Story So Far
Psychsense officially opened its doors in 2021 with a single unit in Geraldton—and a vision to create therapy that feels real, respectful, and responsive. By the end of that year, we had expanded into three adjoining units, driven by increasing demand for our trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
In 2022, we were proud to be recognised locally, winning the MWCCI Business Excellence Award. That same year, we achieved our full NDIS registration, solidifying our commitment to accessible, ethical support for neurodivergent clients and families.
2023 marked a bold new chapter. We launched our EPIC-aligned workshops across WA, delivering practical, paradigm-shifting training to communities, professionals, and workplaces. We also kicked off our FIFO psychologist program: inviting qualified health professionals from around Australia to contribute to mental health access in our regional town. This initiative truly gained momentum in 2024, with consistent fly-in fly-out staffing strengthening our impact and today we have multiple, highly qualified Psychologists from across Australia joining our team and supporting our community.
In 2025, our work was recognised at a state level, with Director, Jasmine Yardley named a finalist in the Rural Health West Young Health Professional of the Year awards, reflecting Psychsense’s ongoing commitment to reimagining mental health care in regional WA.
Together, we’re not just building a service, we’re shaping a future where regional mental health care is ethical, accessible, and EPIC in every sense of the word.
At Psychsense, we offer customised therapy, practical strategies, and genuine support for individuals, families, and workplaces. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, a loved one, or a team, we’re here to help you make life better from the inside out.
