Our EAP gives your employees access to confidential, short-term psychological sessions with a registered psychologist - funded by you, used by them, with no clinical information ever shared with the employer.

Simple to set up. No large upfront costs. Support available in-clinic and via telehealth across WA.

We currently partner with businesses in FIFO, construction, community services, education, and local government. Whether you have 5 employees or 500, we can build an arrangement that works for your organisation.

Critical Incident Support

When something serious happens at work, your team needs a fast, professional response. We can provide same-week psychological support following critical incidents including debriefs, individual sessions, and follow-up care.

Workshops and Training

Practical, evidence-based workshops delivered at your workplace or online. Topics include stress and burnout, psychological safety, neurodiversity in the workplace, and building resilient teams. All workshops are tailored and individually quoted.
