Psychologist & Behaviour Support Practitioner
Jasmine is committed to reshaping the way therapy supports neurodivergent individuals and their families. As a psychologist and behaviour support practitioner, she takes a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach, ensuring that every child and family feels safe, understood, and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
Jasmine holds extensive experience supporting children who have experienced trauma and adversity. Her approach is deeply play-based and relational, using strengths-focused, neurodiversity-affirming strategies to help young people build resilience, emotional regulation, and strong connections with their support networks.
Jasmine is passionate about ensuring that every child has the right support, environment, and relationships to thrive on their own terms.

Meera Johnson
Team Leader Behaviour Support
Meera holds a degree in Psychological Science and has strong experience delivering therapeutic supports in the fields of Mental Health, Disability, and Alcohol and other Drugs.
Meera has worked in complex and remote settings across Northern Territory and Western Australia, supporting individuals and families with diverse needs, including trauma, psychosocial disabilities, and behavioural challenges.
Meera is passionate about celebrating diversity, building capacity, and empowering every individual she works with to reach their goals – no matter how big or small!
Key areas of support: Specialist Behavioural Supports & assessments of behavioural needs, psychosocial and intellectual disability, alcohol and other drugs, working with young people, trauma informed support, strengths-based and collaborative therapeutic approach.

Ally Culhane
Psychologist
Ally is a Psychologist with a strong focus on comprehensive psychological assessments and neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic support. Ally conducts cognitive, autism, and ADHD assessments to assist individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of their strengths, challenges, and support needs.
Ally is passionate about working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, as well as supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. She takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, ensuring that her clients feel validated, empowered, and supported in navigating their unique experiences.

Heidi Hewison
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Provisional Psychologist
Heidi holds a Bachelor in Psychology and is working towards a Master’s degree in Psychology. She has experience working with people who have had contact with the justice system to reduce offending behaviour, and supporting people who come from a range of backgrounds, including social and financial disadvantage, trauma and/or disability.
Heidi is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals by overcoming challenging behaviour and works from a person-centred and strength-based approach to build capacity amongst complex support networks.

Sophie Maddock
Provisional Psychologist & Clinical Masters Placement Student
Sophie is a provisional psychologist completing her Clinical Master’s placement with Psychsense in 2025. Growing up on a rural farm, she understands the unique challenges of regional life and is passionate about improving mental health support in remote areas.
A former professional performer and mindset coach, Sophie blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Chair Work into her practice. She is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults with an approach tailored to each individual.

Steph holds a Bachelor in Psychology and a Master in Teaching. She has experience teaching and supporting individuals from complex backgrounds and diverse needs.
She is passionate about creating an environment that fosters empowerment and inclusion to support meaningful engagement. Steph believes in a collaborative, person-centred, strength-based approach tailored to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key areas of support: Educational Consultancy, Behavioural Support, and therapeutic programs.

With over 30 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, and student wellbeing, Nicki is passionate about supporting young people and families. Holding a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s in Counselling, she brings a deep understanding of positive behaviour support, educational consultancy, and school engagement.
Nicki takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help children feel understood, empowered, and equipped for long-term success.
